kops21 SG beep...... i forget to tap my EZ again when i alighted from the bus again. sibei siong....why the system cannot be more user friendly can appeal or not to get my hard earned $ back
kops21 SG the company involved should have a system whereby ppl can appeal. who would go and appeal for <$1 kind of matter, if they aren't genuine case.
kops21 SG $ not enough leow and still kena penalised i was carrying 3 bags just now....sms my friend and need to rush down from the bus......then forget and the bus left. my $ drove off with it. This is unfair, we should be able to get an opportunity to get our $ back
cHeR|sH^LoVe SG this is the loop hole within ba.. they should in near future .. design something thats like a sensor.. haha.. so the cost automatically deduct when u no need to tap... well.... loop hole or u can say.. a chance to generate more income..

LeftBallBigger SG wah..like dat ar... they should charge the average fare for that route that would be fairer ... altough there will be those that abuse the system n sit to the end of the route.. but there are geniune cases who forget to tap so should be win some lose some..

FireIce SG next time u dun have to tap when u walk down the steps of the bus to alight, there will be a censor gantry on top to scan u and auto deduct from the ezlink card in ur wallet.........
