Actually the trick is not to use too much force. Break the egg
hard at the part of the egg with air pocket. Some part of the shell
will break and some will come sticking out. Peel from the edges of
these first.
Also, when peeling the rest of the egg, dont use ur fingers and
press into the egg. Ur fingers should move along the contour of the
egg.
To summarise, dont use too much force....
