Not act, must have real confident then do it, just like you engage a lawyer, that guy must hv real confident to take up the case, then he will take it, of course, as newbie, at recruit stage, lan lan give people fark and scold first, ...after a while, know already, can fark them back one.

For me as a newbie, defintely lack of confidence. I can only try to hide my nervousness and gradually build up my confidence level.

Initial lack of confident is ok, like my first time firing rifle in the army and at geyland, scare scare, but after fired a few times, very accurate liao, get marksman…$200, then take the money, go geyland and fire. But in many jobs, as long as you got the confident that you want to make it and be successful in it, you will learnt and work hard and smart on it. However, as for taxi driving, it is actually a non successful job and a job that will pull you back in time instead of going forward, careerless with a diminishing income as you age.
