Grab customer service is very bad. Worse than comfort delgro,
smrt, singtel, cpf, etc.
Just try complaining to them about stuff like terminating your
relationship as a driver, or a taxi booking gone bad.
Makes you feel like you owe them money.
My own feeling is that grab got lots of complaints, and the
customer service got farked so many times until they also start to
fark you back.
