I know of people who actually use their stat board wife to claim taxi fares. Not sure if the auditor got see the taxi ho beh always the same one or not.

Best is support comfort cab. Registered and under company. I don't trust private cabs personally. Anyhow charge fare, and dangerous. Later fetch you go sell you also don't know. Support blue cab the best.

Others most not available. But why don't try with Local Transfer Service at each city? I mean private car in Hue city, Private car Hoian, Private car Hanoi, Private car Sagon.. These keywords you can use the same in SG so saving your cost better.
