How to avoid talking?

If the passenger keeps talking, and you prefer not to talk, how do you avoid/stop talking to the passenger without being rude?

Most pax hardly tok especially those goin to wrk in the morning

stuck in jam nia where got mood to tok lol

Anyway I also hardly tok to pax wan

If really not interested then just answer back in one word or in short lor but must smile la

example: oh ok/okok/ok/yes/no/dunno/not sure/isszit/no prob

Passenger talk good mah, at least driver will not fall asleep, sometime I very tire, ask passenger to talk to me, dun care chio bu or lau kuay bu, also talk mah.

Aiya, if you dun want to talk, just use sign language lor, pax see liao also paiseh, will keep quiet. Then when reached destination, open mouth big big..Please Paid $xx Fare, Thank you sir, Please make sure you do not leave your belonging behind, Have a nice day.

Talk must talk lah, but dun go talk rubbish lah, we must hv communication, if not, can end up with lot of misunderstanding, the best quote in taxi going the wrong way is "Why you never said" follow by, "Why you never ask, you TD must know mah, if dunno, ask lah" So that is why, communication is good, otherwise can end up tio hoot or like 权怡凤 siao char bor one hor

Fall asleep good mah, especially chio bu…can beo abit.

My 6 years old sonata, like driving tank, pax want to sleep also cannot sleep, seibei pek che. Somemore wobbling here and there, reach liao pax also giddy giddy, walk also cannot balance…lols, gong gong pay the fare.

Go into tunnel more worst, like helicopter, pax use phone to send message also cannot key the letter correctly. One indian lady pax told me..Uncle, are you a pilot or a TD.

I also on radio volume, but some pax asked me to lower the volume, somemore in a rudely mood, “Hello, I think you better lower the radio Volume, I cannot hear what you say” they cannot hear what I am talking, knn, I think many locals hv noise induce deafness liao, spent so much time in high pitch musical place like disco, pub and club..
