how to resolve issue with Grab

I am now driving 2 taxis as relief.
My Grab account is registered with one taxi.
So i need to call in to inform Grab when i changed taxi.
As u guys know, Grab hotline is seibei hard to get through.
Any solutions guys?

Any reliefs here driving 2 or more taxis as relief and using Grab.
Appreciate your feedback.

I thot the software can register any taxis you relief for it. Your account is more for levy deduction, bank credit and debit issues, and grab is using yr HP, not taxi MDT.

juz register the 1 that u drive more often.... else u will be busy calling in day-in & day-out swapping plate no.

For future case of not getting thru the call centre, jitao shoot an email to Kell Jay (dun waste time contacting Desmond). Problems will solve.

This issue is easy to resolve. Make use of 2 smartphones. Each phone register a different account. See which taxi you drive then bring that phone. Is it that difficult?

Not surprising lah, that is one advantage of being a relief, I also so super relief, relief for 2 hirers and also casket driving..everyone of us got the niche in them.
