Got slapped with a Hit and run and i dont know what happened

Dear bros,

I got slapped by a hit and run at Yishun Central.

So far i remember that came close to an accident was the only one at Yishun central.

I was queing behind a car on the most right to uturn. Car infront stop suddenly after moving off. I was able to stop in time behind, really not sure if i hit him. There was no sound nor any feel of impact.

When the road is free, the car infront continue to turn right and drove off. Driver of car infront did not on hazard nor came down to verify. I continue to Uturn as per normal..

2 days later was called about me hit and run and late reporting. Which totally caugh me unexpected.

Was told to make a police report and go to company to report accident with police report.

Really first time into this weird situation..
Any advice ?? Thanks

It’s not easy for him to claim one lah.he must show proof that ur car hit him.insurance coy not so stupid to simply pay up.my case also driver claim I hit his side mirror.call up coy to claim.so follow coy procedure report loh.but alrdy 1 month plus nothing happen.so don’t be afraid if it’s not ur fault,nothing will happen

we TD r like sitting ducks if anything slightly wrong,pax complain and just a phone call away and get free voucher.so same thing when driving if other drivers tulan ur driving also just call ur coy and u get warning!they know TD easy to bully,even bus or vans will horn at u

I have one case, never hit, mercedes claim hit... totally no damage, mercedes wanna claim 3k+

from novem2014 till now still pending....

Dunno wanna pend for 7 years or wad..

Later i wanna give back taxi.. deposit all cannot take back because of these

This kind of other party claim hit but u say no hit. If u got some money, go find a lawyer in chinatown. If lawyer think got high chance, then take the gamble and fight CDG in court for not returning the deposit, and whack the other party for talking cock.

Brother, like some said, accident is not so easy to claim one, there will be investigation, any hit will also damage your vehicle, if you cab hv no dents and knock shown as per other claim…you can actually countersue them back with a lawyer

I ever got this case.....

I'm the 1st vehicle, behind involve 4 car in chain collision.....

I came down my taxi and check my rear, bo bang leh, so told the 2nd car, I'm off, don't want to get involve although I'm the FIRST vehicle.....

He say ok, so happy cause now he become FIRST vehicle.....

4 yrs later, listen properly, 4yrs later.....

CDG say I failed to report this accident and want to inspect my taxi and ask me come down to write statement......

I was like, WTF????......Inspect smlj after 4yrs also????.....

So I told the officer, ok la, my fault, since I never report this case, but......since I'm the FIRST vehicle, can I claim my lost of income, injury, knn, after 4yrs, I also realised, my back jin pain also......

That's the last time I heard of my this weird case......

After 4 years of driving and farking around,....all drivers sure got back pain one lah. Moreover, some like to camp overnite here and there, sleep in weird position, young ok lah, but when old, all bones go out of shape.

Report any accidents as required by your companies’ regulation.

How to ensure that you need to make or not, as long as you stopped in any suspected knocks, as long as you come down to look at yr vehicle on the road in suspicious of any knock, and as long as you engaged in conversation or arguement with any other drivers on the road, please report!
