No need to be so nice to CDG boss. He knows the life of most cabbies is not easy. There are many things not in our favour. Yet this man never once said anything for our benefit. He only knows how to increase the rental by $15 everytime a batch of cabs is released. Even the same Mercedes or Hyundai, just because its new, he increase the rental.

If he had any brains at all, he should have launched GrabTaxi equivalent app long ago and retired the MDT. That way cabbies can grab advance jobs at home or in kopitiam. But no leh, he wants cabbies to stay in the unhealthy environment of a taxi. MDT got so many kind, modified ones can do unusual things. Taximeter also got the modified ones that jump slightly faster. Also got lousy MDT that hang and give us problem. We all pay rent so why the MDT got so many kind?

People go reservist or got into accident can only claim $80. WTF so little? Cannot up abit after so many years?

Worse are those cabbies who got into CDG committee and taxi kiosk chairman position to get all the regular and 'good class' advance bookings. How can they allow the CDG call centre to direct certain jobs and hourly disposals to specific taxi MDTs? These cabbies who got all these fat jobs are already very well off, some are literally multi-millionaires.

Yalor, comfort office opening hour 8.30am to 6pm Mon-Fri. Sat 9.00am to 12pm. But when I go there at 9am++, still can see their staff taking breakfast, chitchat, surf hp....alamak ah Yang ah yang, you do smlj job??

SMRT one solid. Very on the dot. Start work means start work no nonsense. But tea break also jin zhun. My car changing oil halfway suppose to finish within 5 mins end up waited half an hour for them jiak kopi. Then counter uncle also tea break suddenly disappear into smoking corner. Lol

aiya, people also working salary paid life, will not be so loyal one lah..but ask me to waiting till 9.30am when I am there at 8.55am waiting for them to open is too much, limpek just want to apply for renewal cum refresher only mah, then paid that time, the cashier, a pui chee… still eating chee chiong fun…told me…Uncle wait wait I go wash hand first..phuixxx

Took me an hour just to apply for refresher shit timming…nabey somemore peak period lost..then when I left the counter, still got the gut to aske me..”Uncle, you can rate our service by press the smiling icon” I told them, I am looking for the anger face to press.

CDG's protocol - claiming run fare - CDG only pays half of the fare

ie - your fare ran is S$20 , CDG only pay you S$10.00

LJ lah.last time pax run fare.I go report to them.they say no goodwill refund but will try to get fr pax.in the end nothing happened, then they refer to LTA. LTA say pax cannot be contacted.only chance if willing to go to court. I say forget it,so troublesome just to get back $40+fare.
