Money is sure to buy happiness, but happiness come in 2 forms,

Temporary and permanent

Temporary happiness is money, but there is also another side of money, which is suffering, those got money craved for more money, those without money, need money. Once money achieved, happiness will be shortlived, thereafter, people crave for more and that lead to SUFFERING.

You might had 100 millions in yr account, but losing a millions will make yr heart pain, and you crave for 200 millions. You might be a TD, drive and suffered all days, and because of last few days of huat, you decided to go to a la sup SPA, enjoy 2 hrs there, money spent, 2 hours of happiness at the expense of a week suffering.

So, money can buy happiness, but only for a short moment, and in many cases, money can kill a person too.

On the other hand, there is a permanent happiness that can be attain, this is eternal happiness, and for me to explain, it might takes a lor sor essay again, so to keep it short, be happy

That's why some billionaires donate money generously to build schools, hospitals etc...It is to feel good for themselves; self actualisation.

They donated because they feel remorseful after making so much, so they plough it back to the society, why? because if the society is poor, people dun spent, and if people dun spent, these billionaires business will drop.

Alamak unker..If billionaire wants to make more money, they will invest in other things lah..what plough back to ppl. Ppl spend or dun spend is not their business..they made enough money already.

These billionaires donate to temples, churches, mosques..to achieve self actualisation and receive enlightenment..

You might have underestimated the doers of richs(capitalist). As I said, one become rich because many become poor.

The exploitation of peoples are best done by the capitalist, with their skill, knowledge and power,

Instead of helping the people, they will depress them further inorder to be rich, they can reduce supply to improve the demand that command sky high prices 100 folds of it original prices,

they can use their knowledge to abuse the poor into submission and thereby make themselve rich,

they can induce your weakness into their gain..the like of casinos

they can exploit workers in poorer country thru sweat shop with unsafe and non regulated working condition to make luxurious goods that can sell billions in the world market, but only a US1 dollar per day for worker.

Philanthropylism are mostly abused by these rich who, named it as charity work for the glory of further flame and support. Take a look at those casino tycoons.

There are people who are rich and happy but there are also people who are rich & unhappy.

There are people who are poor & unhappy but there are also people who are poor & happy.
