The problem with CDG taxi business is,
they alway think they are the king and leader of this market, we hv
see Nokia fall, Sony TV losing to LG and Samsung, and even car like
mitsubishi no more marketing in Singapore.
All these brand were once cream de coup of the market,
therefore, it is critical for CDG to relook
at their position and stop harping on goodies that cannot even
match a simple apps like easytaxi. CDG
goodies are good for school kids.
Problem is CDG top and middle management
are getting old, the concept in them is old, just like Nissan
designed Latio so old looking because its japanese designer is an
old man who design Datsun 120y till now. So where is Nissan stand
now??? worst than korean cars. And without the share from renault,
it would had collapse like Mitsubishi.
So, in a nutshell, CDG should stop
offering cheap thrills on their Calls for cabby, they should
instead, re engineer their whole call system by removing the old,
replace with talent and younger people who can offer more
innovation and work harder.
