Kovan, from heartland mall walking towards the dbs bank branch,
you will come across video ezy at a corner, followed by a handphone
shop taking the front of a shop, and a salon hidden at the back.
There should be an old uncle sitting at the front near the stairs,
and cat basket near his table. He is a tailor. He might look
familiar because he used to be an actor for SBC. If he's not there,
just walk into the salon thru the handphone shop, the lady will
help you.
There is an alternative one just at the row of watch shops, but
she might give you a fark face, so I don't recommend it.
