business base on bottom line result, if consumer felt that they are
overcharged, then they can alway avoid any goods, products or
services provided by that particular company.
It just like you eat a bowl of wanton mee, here sell $3, there
3.50, there 4.00, some still 2.50, some already up to $5, and you
as a consumer, judge it for yourselves the services, the taste, the
portion and decide on evading which stalls and patronising which
stall. But bear in mind that those stall selling at different
prices are not going to adjust their prices to a standard just
because you kpkb.
A consumer, ie the pax in taxi industrial, must read for him or
herself and decide on it, it is all stated in nets, taxi stands,
window panel of each taxis or for that matter, you can even
question/ask the taxi driver. The matter is that these paxs do not
wish to read, learn and understand the fare structure but only know
how to complaint and complaint, so that is a totally different
matter, and you then cannot blame that the fares and surcharges are
confusing if you do not or not willing to read up
