When they are paid millions and hundreds of thousands per year
to do the job, do you think they will take you and a few other
advices which will discredit their status and warrant their million
paycheck?
A cook knows how to cook best, but is alway the resturant
manager/boss that tell the cook on what to cook. An engineer knows
the problem of an engine, but is alway the bosses telling him what
to do and what not to do.
So now you know why they choose not to choose a few who are
really good in this trade.
