Speed limit 50km/hr, if u travel at 60, they might waive it, but
yr taxi nos goes into record, and for taxis, it is driven by your
relief and hirer or others at times, therefore, if you sway sway
drive in above 55km/hr, and earlier that month, yr hirer or relief
had also get flashed at 58km/hr…then most likely, they will summon
you.
Same goes to Jurong island, the cam are managed by the island
management, usually they will waive those living inside, but not to
outsider like taxis. And all these cam are view by the management
staff,..most of them,,,pui pui lau lau ai koon koon type, then
submit to TP for approval, thus it takes time. THat’s is also why
some get, some dun get, however if it is mend by Traffic police..it
will be more strict.
Back to us, we as taxi driver of Singapore, is better to stick
to the limit, you got nothing to loose, as Bro Mai said, mai play
play…drive within speed limit is not scare or consider slow…it is
actually a smart driving. Why pay $70 to those farker doing no
service to you?? I pay bak bak $30 to $50, at least got good
service mah
