$0.30-merc cab yawn again
3. No more peak hours-I don't think so, it use to be $2
flat fee, most other country also practice this peak hours
surcharge, if totally cancel, rush hour you won't see anymore cab,

those regular hour, not like now, crazy, peak hour until midnight,
