higher rates at the expense of reducing peak and location
surcharges either by shortening the timing and fewer location
surcharges..otherwise classic cases like ION and wisma is a joke.
B. Increase pick up fare, meter running remain the same, broaden
surcharges location to include places like ION, far east, rochor
and so on.
