Not only TD spending anyhow after getting a lump sum..it goes same
with working people..that is why govt are holding back their CPF,
but in a way also for their purpose. Never assume that only TD are
flirter like me and gamblers and all other evil habits of the
society, the world is round, everyone is the same, be it rich,
poor, taxi drivers, construction workers, general managers, CEOs,
executives, working staffs...we are all humans, born to make
