It all depend on our that fark face, that cb mouth and level of "仙人" lor.....

Those usually si beh hardworking TD, the most I hi bye only, nothing to gain from them becos they are too down to earth.....

I only "mix" around with those knnbccb TD (including me hor), from this group of TD, than we can really learn the art of taxi driving.....

Wha! taxi driving also got Art one...lols. Drive just drive lor, you think what?? later can go esplanade and exhibit yr Taxi and yourself as Art ar??? the most you go there and Q.

Taxi driving, all can drive, those want to mix with those knnccb driver, can make money, but never last long, either they will throw or change companies, for those who more down to earth TD, most will drive very long, with the same taxi and the same partner.

But to give respect to these knnccb drivers, I have to admit that they really do their homework, and that make them gain skill, experience and nimble, they know the timming, the places to go and not to go, where to Q and when to rest, what is good dispoal and what is bad one..or cheapo pax and so on..that one, if a normal down to earth cabby can learn, that will be a much credit to them.

But to learn, firstly, the farking skin must be thick, and most of these knnccb usually are OMO types

It's better to find your own kind of race and ethnic..

Chinese and Indian partner sure got problem, agree? My friend kan fed up, Indian relief makes his vehicle so untidy and dirty, 2 days ask him to fuck off, lol

the relief skin kan thick, on the phone say can share coming incentive if drive for 7days. My friend ask him current incentive is for past 3 months when he don't even exist yet. If he steady drive 7 days, 3 months, why not, for the next payout..

KNN, payout is also peanuts, less than 3 days rental..

No I dont think you racist. But even own race got difficult type also.

I think it's more personality - you get an Indian and Malay who has many Chinese friends or vice-versa, chn mix with other races, then it becomes easier.

For me I work with all 3 races, but I found the Chn hirers the one I could click the best with, mainly because they not calculative. And everything auto one, no need to open mouth, they will minus and cut rental accordingly for off days, holidays etc.

So if you find a hirer or relief that is chin chye, then everything should be well. Plus there's also another advantage for each own 'big day or NY' easy to take off. They cover for you and you cover for them.

The only real issues are washing and topping up. I let them to do everything and they used to charge me or I counter offer. In the end no dispute. But of course cannot hand over vehicle dirty in the inside, that one must clean lah. Gotta be fair. For outside, I just pay, whether they washed or not, I didnt care unless really I make the vehicle very dirty outside, then I will do the washing. If not just wipe the windows and clean the inside and pay $2 for washing daily. Or I just quote a reasonable fuel price. That time he quote me something like 11ct or so, I offer 13ct. then when price go up, I offer 14ct which includes the washing fee. I drove for both of them 2 years, very happy working relationship.

Maybe when I return to Tdriving, if they still available, I sure want to rejoin them. Knn that time I kena chicken pox, my hirer can go buy chinese herbs and his wife make some cooling drinks for me.

It's the character, if a person is good hearted, everything he does will also be fair and good.

If a person is calculative, everything will also be a problem.

The issue appears more common with less expensive properties and on sites where content is posted directly by users, such as Gumtree。。。。。。。。。。。。

Aiya renting of house is a very personal perogatives, meaning his rights, because he or she is going to live with them, so it is alright for people to state it clearly their preferred race.

This will erase the issue of those races filter out calling them and get negative result.

However, in term of employment, with is a more general issue in term of social economy and politic, you simply cannot post out a preferred race, however, you can alway reject those races that you do not intent to employ within yr office thru famous courtesy gesture of “Thank you Mr Pool, we will call you”

Due to multi races in Singapore, and getting more multiple as our govt still open up the immigration policies, a racist or not racist remark must be taken care of, because most pple will take anything to be racist as long as it is about race and fail to anal…lyse that it is merely a choice and words of convienences.

Our govt, being capitalist, and recent promotion of some young ministers from the 3rd gen, might fail to visualise the impact of multi races getting more multiples. The like of bangala and india’s indian fight over a cricket game is a typical example of our govt failure to forseen that the mulitple races they created might not be as well behave as our own locals chinese, indian, malay and singh/baba.

During the 60s to 90s, locals Singaporean actually fight and side over ourselves when there was no foreigners invasion. But today, be it Singapore malay, indian, chinese or others, we seem to forget about our struggling in the past with each other, and we are now more cohesive and label ourselves as true blue Singaporeans. This is all due to an invasion of pinoy,bangala, india’s indian, chao ang mo, PRC, yangon kids and so on..

And I beg to be different when govt said that foreigners here do help our economy, but from the 70s to early 90s before the asia financial crisis, our GDP was alway at double digits..11% to even 13%, and today, a pathetic 2 to 4%. So, the sentiment here is that statistically speaking, increase in population reduce productivity, happiness, opportunity for locals and earning in term of super high increment in cost of living including taxi rental fees
