Traffic light is just a signal, it will take a few second for
the camera behind the traffic light to register a trespasser,
camera work in a way of shadow image, it come into action when red
light is on, so if you go thru on red light, it take, but if you go
thru when gum gum the yellow change to red, there will be a few
second of delay.
Now very important, once the camera take the picture, meaning a
flash, it will send to TP for viewing, if your car manage to pass
thru to the next road, meaning you car is 3/4 across the turning
junction or next junction, they will not fine you.
So as far I am concern, in the video, when the light flash, you
already crossed over to the next junction whitel line…only the
lorry might not cross over, and being lorry, it is bigger, the
sensor pick up a shadow and flash on it.
To my experience, most turning corner kenna camera’ed, the
camera will situated just behind the corner that the vehicle is
turning, on the other side is for straight vehicle. But then today
newer camera got wider optical vision, so it got a flash.
And there is a different between a flash and double flash
