Actually can TD themselves register an ez link and tap each time this rewards screen comes on? As it seems using ezlink as a membership card doesn't mean need to pay via ezlink

Cash is still King lah, smlj reward…for cdg, better check yr cashless payment hor, limpek got once missed one, nabey, lucky got keep receipt to fark them, from then on, no more miss liao…cdg if wrong, please fark them hard hard, because when you r wrong, they terminate you, so you make sure make a scene out of their wrong.

Driver wrong, no appeal, immediate terminate, staff wrong, still can work and get promoted, knnccb

I also keep all the cashless receipt!

Eg.. 2am on a weeknight, a pax from JP TS wanna go AP. U r 3rd in the Q and pax went to your cab because can use ezlink card.

Mai ani kuan lah, there are many living in jurong side going to airport in the morning hor, why?? because alot of foreigners living in jurong side mah, some go back home, some sent their mother or relatives home…

and most of these peoples alway book those budget early flight like tiger, jetstar, smlj air this and that asia..morning flight cheaper mah..but knn, kena midnight taxi fares, some said more expensive than airfares…lols

4am after sending si gina and si char bo gina from CQ to jurong west, drop liao, swipe around, get one call…but knn,

my PCC hand too slow..nabey, then far far see one man, across got one red engine making a U turn, limpek kin ka kin chiu…ramp the turbo..man come on board, Uncle..eh, can go pasir ris and than come back here again??? Surprised

Ah fu, just drive lah, dun go siao siew those reward lah, must remember one undisclose rule of taxi companies, whatever they do, they just want to earn more from you only. They may give u a dollar, but along the road, you might have to give back a thousand

From airport, 1 pax wanna use ezlink to pay.. 1st cab silver, 2nd cab red and 3rd cab is blue.... go to JP...

The thing is it's an advantage for the blue taxi driver to have this kind of reward to entice pax to use ezlink for payment to get the reward.

Of course, it could also back fire if the pax only go to Tampines and somemore cashless...

This morning the cab rewards started. Now need to press one more time on the MDT to clear or else meter still on hire then if suddenly no paxs want to take ur taxi. Means u didn’t press ur MDT. Now it becomes more ma fun

cashless device shown Approved and receipts auto print out with the fare amount. I thought transaction is completed and pass a pc recipt to pax and 1 for myself. Aft pax left, chk receipt how cum no 30cent surcharge and no indicate ez-link payment. Called ofic and was told short of 1 more step. Lucky ofic help to retrieve and will refund to bank acct.

1) Stop meter

2) Finger press on "TAP"

3) Scan EZ card on cashless machine (machine will show green APPROVED and receipt will auto print) PLEASE bear in mind transaction not completed yet even through the receipt printed with full fare but without $0.30 EZ transaction surcharge.

4) Finger press on EZ-Link bar on the cashless machine

5) Scan the card on the cashless machine AGAIN

6) Wait for Approved for transaction to be completed.

# 4 - 6 are the previous way before the implement of the CabReward system.

Check the 2nd time printed receipt Must have $0.30 charge for using ez-link.

Whoever design this additional screen before showing the detailed fare is an idiot. Not customer-friendly and totally no value add. What if customer, after paying for his fare, wants to update his registered ez-link card??? Kena snooke right?
