short of space, they need to hv prove and ensure that those living
there and hv a cab or car, then approve it, sometime, you go, they
ask you go another carpark, that one under yr house is full. For
super relief, for long period of relieving, we also need hirer to
pay carpark for us, they also need to show their travelling details
or admit hospital dates from/to + cdg letter showing that they are
the hirer.
