Give and take not a problem, the most extra $2 to $10 dollars, knn, the most take one more pax, but the respect for each other must be there, when I finish my shift, I alway said thank you to my hirer for giving me a way to earn, and he also say thank you to me for helping him

For me, i normally will give ard $5 for my weekday hirer... because, i don't need to top up diesel and wash car when handover taxi...
