this case the Condo road is 2 way, 1 going inside, 1 heading
exit.
but the design is that the going in way will snake in and out of
the lobby shelter of different blocks one by one. whereas the exit
road is like one big external ring around the whole condo.
the cab has already drop pax inside one of the lobby shelter.
then it turn out to the exit road to head out.
but the private car heading inwards, see the cab block the going
in road, so it bypass the shelter lobby and drive onto the external
ring road which is actually opposite direction, heading
outwards.
just nice the 2 cars knock but not very serious. now both trying
to accuse each other. like that how settle.
