What kind of pax bad habits u dislike?

Not including fare related acts, I hate those leaving their 'bao wantan' tissues behind after blowing their noses.

change bb diaper and leave them behind, as well as those trim their nails in the cab.

common ones are food wrappers, sweet wrappers, facial tissue, used wet tissues

Oh yes, I realised most Indian pax likes to talk loud and non stop, in a group or on the phone. They really can talk whole of journey

u will be shock to see well dress ppl doing it,at times bangala workers are better off than tis axxholes

got another group,wenever traffic light turns amber they expect us to choing,if u stop,they not happy,will take a deep breathe n make the "hiyaaa" noise loud to inform u of their displeasure,knn if tio red light or un necessary accident who ans?? self centred axxholes

Order you to go their way in a demanding manner like you are their servant. When they give wrong directions, they start blame you. Accuse us as a cheater who goes out to cheat higher fares. Eat and drink inside cab, with alot of noise and made the seat dirty. Kick the front seat. Letting small kids climb and jump around. Letting small kids with soil shoes to climb onto seat till the seat all got soil and sands without cleaning up then leaves. Burp non stop.

I hate pax, when wave at you never use phone, than on board start to call....

Is still ok, until almost reach destination still talk on phone non stop....

Worst still, cab stop, ready to collect my fare, still knn talk on phone non stop.....

Than after alight, from my rear mirror, can see no more talking on phone....

I met a pax told me go ang mo kio st 31 ave 3. I ask, u want go st 31 or ave 3? He told me again ang mo kio st 31 ave 3. U know how to go or not?! I fed up, bring him go ave 3 then ask him show me where he want alight. In the end he alight at st 31. Then I know he actually mean he want go st 31 go by ave 3.

Oh yeah, cough and sneezing. Fart, yet to experience. But will air interior without fail. Sometimes such body responses can't be controlled

but if I feel pax really can't control, or rather not feeling well, I rather open window slightly to circulate the interior

they are real life GPS. If dare to make noise if they give wrong directions, I welcome them to lodge complain.

Pax that allow kids to be monkey, u brake a little harder at times, they'll know what to do. Else tell them to buckle or get their kids seated down, unless they want to pay traffic police. Most with kids know what to do. Not their first time taking cabs

That's one of my complains. Talk so much, so loudly. Ask u off the radio, carry on with their loud conversation

sometimes need to signal them where they want to alight or turn, then can break their conversation

another similar is those plug in earphones. U ask them to realised no response, then u look at rear mirror, either closed eyes with earphones plugged in or earphones too good, sound proof, can't hear us.

In general, most pax have some basic social courteousy and are considerate

but many lacks basc Highway Code , such as flagging a cab at the oddest places, timings (bus lanes)

some flag taxi with arm up like 30deg from ground and down in a sec, when u almost passing them as u not sure if they did need a cab, suddenly the hand goes 90deg.

at times along a busy road, I ignore such pax. They think its funny to test our reaction

Please lah, these are the hazards of Taxi driving, and as hazards, you hv to take it, like me going up ship, hv to wear safety helmet, goggle, ear plug, safety belt, safety underwear, + knn, from 65 kg become 90kg, then hv to climb up 10 storeys to reach the bridge of the ship, then go down 10 storeys to reach the engine room. Noises, foreigner workers spitting, sweat, knocking, tripping…and so on, like a war zone..so how?? Taxi driving better right?

Take it as a pinch of salt lah, at the end of the day, it is part of the trade you choose to be, and fyi, after 20 over years of driving, such pattern never change much, it is either you take it or leave the trade and join other, and others also have their own hazards..then how? change again?

I once pick up a lady at bt timah at night. She requested me to go to another 3 locations. All are private landed property ard bt timah. After that We shall head towards MBS. I told her am not familiar with all the small roads inside those private housing area, but if she could show me the way then am ok to be of service. She said she know all the small roads that can link to all locations without using the main roads. She was willing to show all the routes as long as I could drive them there. At end of journey, they were not happy for some reason. Fare was $20. She took out $20 and throw it at me. Said Fxxx up, damn it, at me. Then slam the door hard.

No, usually I will stop my cab and wait for the answer....

Some location got many ways to reach there....

What if, you proceed near to Geylang Lor 4, than he say no, is Geylang Serai....

Personally, I hate another type of pax....

Those choose to sit infront, than knn hand itchy, adjust your aircon here and there type....

Than also adjust front seat here and there....

Worst is those, straight lower down seat and sleep type....

Find fault lo. Some pax think that we have goggle map downloaded into our brain, 1 click can immediately change and calculate distance and fare then comparison to which to choose. Shorter? Faster? Some even want both. They pay us to be a driver to bring them from point A to B, not to be a goggle map leh.
