implement surcharges plus increase the km rates.
And all along Drivers had been paying high rental even before
they up the fares, surcharges and rates, drivers therefore, are at
a lost.
And when drivers finally break even with the rental fare, and
some of them consider as HUAT, which I think is not huat but merely
to compensate the high rental.
Once breakeven, drivers can breathe better, Taxis companies will
again increase rental and play the game again.
