you can find graffiti at the right places.
when i was in secondary school, everyone of us were given a part
of the building to spray paint, because it was going to be torn
down and rebuilt anyway.
when i was doing my dip, we had a place to showcase your
ideas.
this guy abit too dumb. and the legal counsel also damn dumb,
trying to use drinking as a way to lighten the sentence...
yea right, he was drunk from the time he bought the paints,
planned the operation, cut the fence, measured the dimensions
sprayed and left.
