The driver indeed deserved the fine.

But 3 fines in a span of one hour, i think its abit harsh.

Lets put it in another scenario, u parked your car without a valid coupon for 8 hours.

U think its fair to fine 3 times mulitply of 8 hours of $30 which spell up to $720.

so did the driver go park there 3 times? or park his car there for one hour straight? if it is the 2nd case, then he should be getting one fine only... but if he park at that stretch 10 mins then move off and then come back again for another 10 mins, then it will results in double offence...

Not sure, i reckon one can go and return 3 times within one hour.

i think he move off and come back, cos he say he is waiting for someone.. so guess when he saw the cisco/LTA bike, then he move off, then later come back again. .so suay suay kenna 3 times... too bad.... might as well park at the open air car park near the hawker centre first and once the person arrive, then move over....

Kena 3 Summons ~ Fine $360 + 9 Demerit Points
