Actually not say charge in court, LTA probably fine him for
overcharging under $20 + suspension, but I think he challenge, so
go to court.
Or is it, automatically overcharge is court case? Me never check
the demerit points system for Tds, only know overcharge more than
$20 can kena revoke.
