At around $150 you can get a nice dress from BLUM

And yes the quality is there

I believe you can find a lot of dresses on sale now at that price in the other locations I mentioned earlier

Hmmmm... Well parco 3rd floor (above watson), one of the shops having sale for party/mini dresses, but still okay for wedding dinner and such (just dun get one too mini or too short -___-)...

Though when I went on weekend, they only have small sizes left...

I like to go to the one at Suntec (after Andersons of Denmark further down a bit)

But they are also at Raffles City and Tampines Mall

They have a few outlets but I only know of the above
