Singapore came in
second for best taxi services, cleanest streets, and safest
streets, in a survey conducted by travel site
TripAdvisor.
The Cities Survey by TripAdvisor looks at how travellers and locals
view 40 key tourist cities in various categories, including best
public transport, friendliest people, and friendliest taxi
drivers.
The 40 cities were compiled by World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO)
in 2010, based on countries which receive the largest number of
international visitor arrivals.
The online pop-up survey collected more than 75,000 responses, from
people who had recently written reviews on the TripAdvisor site on
the featured cities, such as Tokyo, Zurich, and Dubai.
