they have taxi drivers that will grab you by your shirt collar
and shout that you are trying to run away without paying, when all
you are doing is getting your bag to get your wallet out to
pay.
and when you give feedback to the company, it's the cabby who is
in the right, wow. wouldnt you know? forget apology. you wont get
any satisfaction. since when is a cabby right to grab someone by
the shirt collar and threaten in a loud voice?
