Is there anything we can do when cabbies refuse to stop for
us?
Within CBD ? No way u can complain if u are not at the designated
taxi stand .
eg , if u take my taxi number and LTA ( if they're stupid enuf )
call me , they sure kena teruk teruk from me .
My answer : " Regulation ma ... non-stand stand i cannot stop ma
, up to 11pm . U all LTA set the rules ma , and u all got the gut
to call me cos one commuter complain , do check ur regulation .

Outside cbd if u complain me , there's a case to complain , but
again .... if LTA call me again , straight away they kena upside
down from me , they set the extra city $3 charge , so they expect
me to take non city charge , good bye to my $3 ?At the first place
, they should know the problem if such fare was implemented .
