or are there more waiting at taxi stands for passengers?
no at all... the paxs nowaday are poorer...a certain portion
already loss their job.
and the weather outside is 34 or 35 at sometime, so taxi drivers
willing to wait at taxi stand ...reluctant to move around,,,
looking for paxs...perhap.
