How does everyone think will this biz model work. . be a OMO or
relief driver and agent .. when no property site show round
drive cab la , then find some free spare time for biz deal
usually if u are a FT property agent , u really got no time for
taxi .... u'll try to squeeze all appointment asap .... that's how
a Property agent does it for a living , right ?
Vice versa , if u OMO , u really got no time for property really
... u are busy trying to get the rental asap .
But one way if i can imagine , will succeed .... put taxi as a
FT , as in Property no.2 .
In time to make quick bucks from taxi , every appointment will
liase base on the advantage of taxi .

I wouls suggest NO OMO cum Property Agent , will die working
