carbikebus SG but doesent the diesel has more torque?i know the skodas and the hyundais/kia got turbo.. crown dun have hor? Only Turbodiesel has more torque but not for normal diesel.More torque mean powerful acceleration and mid end but lack of top end.
lianamaster SG Diesel prices have fallen to about $1.25 per litre. Looks like diesel is the way to go for now?
chongctd SG Only Turbodiesel has more torque but not for normal diesel.More torque mean powerful acceleration and mid end but lack of top end. That's why models like Skoka Superb, Hyundai Sonata and Kia Magentis accelrate like no tomorrow!
ALN SG so chong, u drove which taxi model before so far? i recalled u tried crown, cedric, and sonata? not trying more brands? haha…
lianamaster SG I have seen the normal Honda Freed on the roads and it looks pretty spacious from the outside.

ALN SG yup agree. Sonata is a cabby car. damn solid for overtaking and maintaining high speed… only down sides are high fuel and blind spot
kinwashi SG I have seen the normal Honda Freed on the roads and it looks pretty spacious from the outside.Aready on road, it light sky blue in colour and with a big letter 8 seaters on both sides of the door panel. Just wondering how?....with those upsize angmo going in into this tiny sardine cabin of Honda Freed, how can they do it.
ALN SG 8 include cabby? i will not like to be the cabby for that car…not even if flag down is $5, let alone $3.5… just my preference
