wow , u haven't seen Honda Airwave yellow top , those Fiats ? Those
Toyota pickups as taxi ? I also seen Toyota Felder , many brands of
them on the road .

They bought the cab like buying new cars , pay financial
companies like loaning a car , pay loan lor ....
Their loan is like our rental .
Last time COE expensive , LTA dun release licenses to taxi
companies , has to buy from private owner , they then sold their
ownership to Comfort , for $8000 .
Then LTA changed policy , taxi companies can buy whatever amount
of taxi they want , no restriction , then this buy-over policy also
scrapeped , no value liao .
