Hi all,

There's quite a number of new taxi companies appearing in our country recently, bringing up with them new car. Maybe they'll get a ferrari as a cab in a few years to come. Haha. Who knows?

What I've seen so far: Honda Airwave, Honda Stream, Toyota Wish, Toyota Camry, Toyota Axio, Fiat (dunno which model) and I know there's more..

taxis now really got alot of types..not like 5 years ago mainly still crown and cedric on the road. now there's mercedes, skoda, fiat, hyundai, kia, toyota (even camry), mazda 6, ssangyong, and there's also a rumour that there's a saab 9-5 taxi running around somewhere Laughing

All thanks to NEA new Euro-V engines requirement , that force taxi companies to hunt for different made .

Kia Carnival is the latest 7 seater from Premier taxis .

I've seen them.. Yellow-top if i'm not mistaken. Looks nice from far, and a turn-off when u got to know it's a taxi.. Laughing

Are the taxi companies here still considering to add more variety of models? I'm sure we've seen a lot of empty cabs lingering around hunting for passengers.. Even during the peak hours, people now prefer squeezing in the buses like there's no other mode of transportation. Razz Let's get a bicycle!!

yep..i saw it bfore with my own eyes lol. but as for the saab 9-5 i'm not so sure, i haven't seen one myself, but wikipedia says they exist in singapore

Spore no Mazda 6 for taxis , maybe u saw a Hyundai Azera .
