Some small companies their booking hotline stop at 1am , not all
24hrs .
Let's say even if someone actually manning the lines , u might not
get a cab still .

Prime's policy is OMO .
Usually OMO their working time , usually start at 7am , end
something like 8pm .
Very minimum they work til 1am , usually after 3am , i would say
90% of the fleet is back home .
Sounds logical ?
