Being a night shift driver , it's part & parcel of the job ,
we called it job hazard , quite normal , so we prepared many
plastic bags just incase .
So if we smell something not right , i won't be shy to tell the
customer : " if u feels like vomitting , help urself with those
bags , please , or else ........ "
Usually they very nice and vomit into the bag .
I am a lucky man , only once , that gal ran off without paying me ,
still i manage to get the money back from her boyfriend .
Maybe i am not an old man , they see cannot makan , that's why they
pay . 
I usally heard only old drivers kena such things .
