"By right"...their company will teach them they must be
courteous, must return, regardless, cannot charge
customer....
but you won't feel paiseh people drive back on their own
fuel....and spend money and waste time to send to you meh? So its
up to you, whether your skin thick enough or not to waste people's
time lar...
But if the driver say he won't return if you don't pay, then it
become extortion, then he's wrong...this kind I won't give a cent,
I'll tell him I'm reporting him if he don't return me within xx
number of minutes.
Try to be nice lar...unless people eat you...if not, I think give
$5 or so is fair.
