What is the surcharge i need to pay if i get into a cab at 5:50am and i reached my place at around 6:15am?

Based on Comfort Taxi fare,1am-6am is subjected to midnight surcharge,that is 50% of the metered fare.
You boarded the cab at 5.50am,that mean the midnight surcharge is applied for first 10 mins only,afterwhich,that is normal fare.
I know nowaday,cab driver no need to do the manual calculation,the smart meter will be able to tell you how much.Happy Journey Smile

But there’s this loophole which i seriously think taxi companies must plug..between 1am and 5.59am, there’s 50% midnight surcharge, cabbies will be damn happy if you board his cab..but after 5.59am, it’s back to normal fares but JUST one and a half hours later at 7.30am, there’s the $2.00 peak-hour surcharge..I think if i’m a cab driver, I rather wait one and a half hours den pick passengers..can earn $2 more with every trip until 9.30am..so i think taxi companies should do something for the period between 6am and 7.30am..

one of the reasons why i dun want to take cab le..
