guys.. i find it very shocked when recently one of my friends said she wanna try lucid dreams..

at first i dunno what does "lucid" means.. then i go do a google search and realised that it is just simply controlling yourself in ur dream... u can have control of what is going on..

i find it very shocking because it is super normal for me... tho recently only like once or twice a week... last time i have this kind of dream almost everyday...

and i can tell u it is super fun to have lucid dream... and i did not deliberately do anything...

meditation perhaps could help reduce the sleeping time and thereby increasing the probability of awareness ...such that upon awakening....the memory still imprints the semi-conscious state..

the claims of lucid dreams are controversial and may cause reverse psychological effects if one tries too hard...and may lead to neuro damage and unnecessary burdens due to coerced state of mind....

experienced it once before. One heck of a feeling i can tell you that….been trying to recreate it but to no avail unfortunately. Better than the best drug/sex…because you can do what you want it’s not a crime…i went wild with mine, trust me.

Lets see what is sleep intended for. Resting of the body and the brain. Now you even want your brain to work in sleep..... How much rest can you get when you are still in concious state..

actually during deep sleep than can control.... at first the settings, the place these all u cant control..

thats for me la... cuz i dun purposely lucid dreams... it just come so naturally to me..
