This is because most Hong Kongese dare not to confront, they rather be the on looker, this is why we have the bus uncle clips....cause no one willing to stop...and if u do stop...u will be deemds nosy if u get beat up or something....I had rude passenger too....but I dare not to confront them, to save my back and my own cab....cause it's quite new...
