Have you guy encounter where you board a taxi and upon you guide the taxi driver to places where rich people live for example private estate they would like take a wrong turn or purposely drive slower than before. Argh if you tell them to go faster they tell you its dangerous in the night.. Evil or Very Mad

For me, i'll drive slower as well in those estate cos

1 In Singapore there's many private estate which i'm not sure. (Normally i'll ask the passenger to direct upon reaching the estate

2 Unless the passenger can direct me with time for me to react otherwise i'll slow down

3 Upon reaching, normally will reduce few cents away from total fare to make customer happy

4 Its true, Its dangerous at night in those estate, dogs, children can pop up the road for no reasons & those car in the houses might reverse their car out recklessly. If anything happens, the driver suffers not the passenger.

Purposely trying not to drive into the longkang ....

Purposely trying not to knock down any walking pedestrains under dim lightings .....

Purposely trying to aviod clashes with on-coming vehicles from left , right and centre .....

or are you trying to say cabbies deliberately slow down so that he can make you pay for that $0.10 meter jump cos you can't afford cos you stay at a private estate ?

If you want to drive like a F1 driver for this kind of roads , buy a car and whacked like Fernando Alonso , don't take a cab , cos cabby's life is valuable . They have a family , do you ?

If one cabby that make sharp turnings and swerve like a mad-man on sharp bends , and you enjoy it , good luck to you !
