Lots of PRC workers r riding on the road against the traffic flow or hogging, its better to tap the horn rather than knocking them down.

Last time when I was driving a FIAT 3-tonner, I horn at least every 5 minutes. To warn motorcycles and cyclist. Sometimes is to warn slow moving vehs on my left when I'm over taking them. According to high way code ( SAF vehs ), I'm doing the correct thing. That is so call defensive driving.

For those who want to know wat is roughly offensive driving, take a look at some taxi drivers. Thats called offensive driving; speeding, failure to give early signal, tailgating, fail to slow down when approaching road hump etc etc.

That's exactly what's going on , to prevent something unfortunate to happen .
