Meaning what ? Customers call and book a cab , and never turn up

For most cabs , every 10 bookings , 1 customer never turn up
.
Depending on that's driver's luck that day or night .
Just on tuesday night from just 5pm til 11.45pm , i took 14
bookings that night , 3 customers never turn-up .
Not really consider prank call ... just that they call & book a
cab , and wait at the taxi stand at the same time , which taxi come
first , they hop-in , they never care ! Save $4.00 , why care for
taxi drivers ? They don't care .
Some customer when they in need a cab , they do this .....
1.wait at a taxi stand , at the same time . call multiple taxi
companies for taxi ,
2.Call CityCab
3.And Comfort
4.And TranScab
5.And SMRT
6.And Silver cab ......... which taxi comes first , good luck . The
rest ? Lan Lan wait ther lor ..... then job-cancell !
