iveco SG In terms of performance, I find it hard to tell the difference. But appearance wise, the Crowns look less refined than the Cedrics.
Kuali Baba SG I don’t like the Crown, you cannot stuff the bicycle into the boot without unscrewing the wheels.
ditzy SG As long as they come in manual transmission. Like the one I took yesterday. Pwhoarrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!
iveco SG Perth's Ford Falcon cabs come with automatic transmission. However, I think the Voithed buses rule.
smrt_950 SG IMO, the Toyota Crowns are better looking.. and if you observe, companies can put their logo n whatever else like booking tel no at the back of the taxi, unlike on the Nissan Cedric where it’s cramped.
TIB1133B SG If like 950 says, the Crowns are better looking, why does Premier Taxis still bring in a fresh batch of Cedrics? Also Citycab acquired more of this type lately.
sbst275 SG If I could remember, it is made by ST Kinetics... The other parent co of CityCab... But as a shareholder
iveco SG Seems that the Crown has design flaws (heavy front end) that makes it prone to skidding. The Cedrics are more stable as the weight is evenly balanced on both the front and rear.
