Well, in Hk, it's the law for passenger in taxi and Minibus to
put on safety belt...I;ve seen my passenger arrogantly not putting
on a belt...and guess what...as I passed throught a road block...I
didn't tell the passenger to put the belt back on....and he was
fine for $5000 HK dollars...Also, as the government said...it's the
responsibility for passenger to put of belts...we don't have to pay
a dime if they don;t do it, the passenger is the one breaking the
law...also...if I got in an accident...the passenger will be denied
insurence cover since he/she is not following the law...
BTW: Even double deck buses front row and the middle last row seats
have 3 point belt in HK...
