tehy rejected my photo twice
i fed-up and went to do on-line
very fast everything settled oredi
within 3 working days i got my approval
i scheduled for appointment for collection
when i went to collect
i was out of the building in 5 minutes
i was super impressed
some more post office chrages $80
online do with ICA directly oni $70
Mine too... Go online very fast... cheaper also...
Just stick a mahjong paper on the wall for white background,
ensure no shadow, hair don't cover eyebrow and must at least have
ur neck, a part of ur shoulder and head into the picture... Head
shld be fully in the picture... Quite alot of things to take note
but I remember very clearly the ICA webby did state the
requirement... Just go over it again...
I took mine once with a 3.2mp handphone camera and it's okay~
just remember to crop it to the required size and save it in within
the file size limit...
